As individuals progress through CRCI’s four-phase residential recovery program, they gain access to real-world work opportunities. Services in landscaping and exterior cleaning are two of our most impactful vocational pathways. These trades develop job readiness and strengthen values like teamwork, time management, and accountability.

Residents in our landscaping services program are trained to use professional-grade equipment safely and efficiently. Under the supervision of skilled mentors, they learn how to maintain lawns, install hardscapes, restore driveways, and remove mold and mildew. Every worksite is treated as a place to build both skill and character.
